Red Papaya Launches Live in Barcelona

Microgaming returned to this year’s ICE to launch Red Papaya as a distinctive new studio brand. The stand needed to cut through the busy exhibition floor, immediately capture attention, communicate the studio's personality, and drive meaningful engagement with partners from day one.

We were appointed to design and produce an 8x7 m exhibition space that would bring the new studio brand to life. Drawing inspiration from Red Papaya’s signature game, Kong’s Jungle Tower, the concept translated the game’s vibrant world into a bold, immersive environment. Layered graphics, rich textures, and playful design details created instant impact while staying strategically aligned with the brand narrative.

The space was carefully zoned to balance experience with business objectives. Game demos were showcased across multiple devices, allowing visitors to engage directly with the product. A relaxed lounge area supported informal meetings while maintaining a strong visual presence on the show floor. A tiki-inspired smoothie bar added a memorable focal point, reinforcing the studio’s fun, energetic personality.
