Games Global’s objective was to deliver a flagship customer event that reinforced its premium brand positioning and strengthened relationships with key partners - all set against the backdrop of Monaco’s Formula 1 Gran Prix weekend. The ambition was clear, to create an immersive, high-energy brand experience that matched the prestige, pace, and performance associated with F1.
Delivering a large-scale production during the Monaco Grand Prix presented significant logistical challenges. Road closures, restricted access and tight installation windows left no room for delay. We were tasked with transforming multiple areas across the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort: installing large format LED screens overlooking the MCBR lagoon, creating dedicated keynote and breakout spaces, and reimagining The Sporting venue as an immersive Games Global demo inspired by an F1 night race. With limited build time available, the project culminated in a 24-hour continuous build to ensure everything was delivered on time and event-ready.
