Set against the beautiful backdrop of Girona, Games Global challenged us to deliver a high-end, multi-format event that would impress, engage, and run seamlessly from start to finish. The ambition was significant – to create an experience that combined keynote sessions, immersive production, and evening celebration within one cohesive and visually striking environment.
A standout feature of the event was the technically demanding stage build constructed directly over the pool - a bold and complex installation that created an unforgettable focal point. The main stage hosted welcome speakers and keynote presentations before transitioning into the centrepiece for a family-style gala dinner, with all tables carefully positioned to face the stage, creating a strong sense of connection and shared focus. Thoughtful lighting and production design ensured the stage remained central to the experience throughout the evening.
